WOW !!  When you hire Trainquility you don't just get one meeting room - you get the entire venue !! Yes unbelievably our packages / prices include the use of the entire Event suite, the courtyard, secluded gardens, the field, Grand Fireplace - yes once you and your guests arrive the gates are closed and the secluded bespoke Trainquility venue is all yours for your stay.

At Trainquility we understand that one size does not suit all, that is also why we are happy to discuss, create a package that works for your business / situation.

We truly believe, and are extremely passionate, in providing the ultimate venue experience.

Trainquility, as you will have probably guessed by now, is a truly one off bespoke venue, set in a tranquil environment, offering the ultimate venue with a bespoke service.

Below are details and options for full & half-day delegate rates, including breakfast meetings.

At Trainquility we know, and understand, what a crucial element catering is within your event planning. We work with a number of external caterers to bring you special packages.

All day delegate package prices are calculated on Buffet Option 1 from our catering options list. Please see the catering options list at the bottom of this page for details of further options.

Part day / Breakfast meeting delegate rates From £17pp

Up to 15 delegates: £23pp | 16 – 30 delegates: £19pp |  31 – 60 delegates: £17pp

To include:

  • The full, private and secluded use of the Elite Suite including both The Diamond & Zebrano Rooms
  • Event management – prior to the event
  • Venue hire 7.30 – 10:00 (times negotiable)
  • Unlimited hot drink facilities – includes a range of organic teas, fusion teas, mocha, latte, cappuccino and freshly filtered coffee
  • Bottled still & sparkling water
  • A selection of fresh Danish pastries & fruit bowl (or upgrade to locally farm sourced bacon/sausage baps £7pp)
  • Flexible seating arrangement plan – your event the way you like and need it
  • Projector and screen
  • CTOUCH Screen

Standard Flip Chart & Flip chart pens – CTOUCH screen also has a built-in flip chart which enables you to automatically save all the work from your event and send a copy to all attendees with the touch of a button – eliminating that painful task of sending the minutes or notes.

  • Full onsite IT support to ensure you get the most from the latest in Audio & Visual equipment
  • PA equipment upon request – with cordless microphones, headpiece or Clothes clip (for use indoors & outdoors) at no extra charge.
  • Free WiFi internet access
  • Access & use of all outside areas within the Trainquility grounds
  • Free secure on site parking

2 hours = £200

3 hours = £250
